Who we are

This website is operated by HM Auto Parts & Recycle, 20 E. Ridge Road, Nottingham, PA 19362. Call (610) 368-1680 or email Sales@hmsellsautoparts.com. Junk-car quotes are collected on hmbuycars.com, which has its own form.

Information we collect

The part-request form collects your name, phone number, the vehicle year, make, and model, the part you need, and, if you provide them, your email, VIN, and notes. The contact form collects your name, phone number, subject, message, and email if you provide one. We also store the page you submitted from, the date and time, and your IP address, which we use to limit spam.

Our web server keeps ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use those logs to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To find your part and to call or email you about it.
To answer a contact message.
To keep a private record so a request is not lost.
To block spam and abuse of the forms.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. The inventory search opens a separate Car-Part page in a new tab. That page is not operated by us.

Where it is stored

Messages are emailed to our sales inbox and saved in a private file on our hosting account that is not on the public website. We keep them only as long as we need them for the purposes above.

Your choices

To ask us to delete what you submitted, email Sales@hmsellsautoparts.com or call (610) 368-1680.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
